Avancept is pleased to provide services to its clients on these terms.  Please identify the preferred service term at the beginning of each engagement.

1.     Project Fixed Fee:

◊        Projects may be performed for a negotiated fee in advance of project initiation.
Each agreement will have different terms and conditions.

◊        50 percent of project fee in advance, absent agreement otherwise.
Payment is due 21 business days from invoice.

2.     Hourly Services Charge:

◊        Projects may be performed on an hourly rate basis, although we prefer to operate on either a project-fixed-fee, revenue-share, or costs-saved basis.

◊        Payment is due 21 business days from invoice.

◊        50 percent of project fee in advance, absent agreement otherwise.

◊        Includes 0.5 hour of free pre-task consulting.

3.     Revenue Sharing & Costs Saved:

◊       Projects may be performed on a revenue sharing and/or costs saved basis.
